Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily activities and lesson plans
- Provide support and supervision to children in a preschool or toddler care setting
- Assist with behavior management and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher in curriculum development and implementation
- Support children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of early childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Experience working with children with special needs is a plus
